Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Potion Blend game ("the game") published by MOZ GROUP TEKNOLOJİ BİLİŞİM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we"). By playing you accept them.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or exploit the game commercially, or use cheats, bots or modified clients.
2. The game and your progress
No account is needed; your progress is saved on your phone. If you delete the game or change phones, the progress on that phone may be lost. We update the game from time to time; levels, rewards and features may change, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
3. Virtual items
Coins, boosters, lives, unlimited-life time and other in-game items ("virtual items") are a licence to use them in the game only. They are not money, have no real-money value, and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred. Consumable purchases (coin packs, bundles, Starter Pack, Tough Level Pack, Moves Pack, Coin Rescue Pack, Coin Jar, Alchemy Road Gold Ticket) are added to the progress on your phone and are not restored by the stores. The Alchemy Road Gold Ticket is valid only for the 30-day season running when you buy it; the next season's Gold Ticket is a separate purchase. The Moves Pack is applied to the level you are playing. The Alchemist Card subscription can be restored with Restore purchases using the same store account.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play under that store's rules. Prices are shown in your local currency, including taxes, before you buy. Digital content is delivered immediately after you confirm. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's refund rules (see Support); your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5. Alchemist Card subscription
- What you get: the Alchemist Card is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. On purchase it gives 1,000 coins and 3 Droppers; while it is active you collect 100 coins and 1 hour of unlimited lives once a day in the game.
- Length and price: 1-month periods. Turkey 199.99 TRY per month, United States USD 9.99 per month; elsewhere the store's price for your country. The current price is shown in the game and on the store screen before you buy. No free trial.
- Payment: charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: in your store account, not in the game: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions; Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time (store refund rules still apply).
- Price changes: the store informs you in advance and asks for consent where required.
6. Intellectual property
The game, its characters (including Tarçın and the magic creatures), art, sounds and music belong to us or our licensors.
7. Liability
We provide the game "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for loss of progress or virtual items. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence or your statutory consumer rights.
8. If you downloaded the game from the App Store
These terms are between you and us only; Apple Inc. is not a party and is not responsible for the game, its maintenance, support, any claims about it, or third-party intellectual property claims. You may use the game on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm you are not in a country under a US embargo and not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
9. Changes and termination
We may change these terms; the current version is on this page. You can end the agreement at any time by deleting the game; an active subscription must be cancelled separately in the store.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply.
